E&K successfully delivered the full electrical package for the Scale Space commercial fit-out, a flagship development for Imperial College London, commissioned by Brennan Group. The project involved the transformation of 24 laboratories into high-spec, tenant-ready spaces, each equipped with:
- New lighting systems tailored to lab functionality and energy efficiency
- Power infrastructure supporting diverse tenant requirements
- Individually metered distribution boards for accurate energy monitoring and billing
This project was completed on time and within budget, reflecting the trust placed in E&K through a competitive tender process.
