Central Heating Upgrade – Social Housing

We carried out a full central heating system upgrade for 75 social housing units to improve efficiency, safety, and tenant comfort. The project replaced outdated boilers with modern, energy-efficient models, along with upgraded pipework and radiators.

Key elements included:

• Removal of old, inefficient boilers
• Installation of A-rated condensing boilers
• Replacement of radiators and thermostatic valves
• System flushing and performance testing
• Coordination with tenants to minimise disruption
